Meet Katie, Your Hoarding Cleanup Project Manager
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (cum laude), with minors in Communication and Child Development. She brings that background into every job, using a calm, non-judgmental approach to help clients and families sort through difficult situations at a pace that feels manageable. Outside of work she volunteers at her church and with Special Olympics.
Everyone has a story, and no one should ever feel ashamed of asking for help. It takes strength to reach out, and I know firsthand how much of a difference the right support can make. My favorite part of this work is helping people turn something overwhelming into a fresh start.
